At Edilpanama, we offer multiple secure payment methods so you can complete your purchases of construction materials quickly and reliably. All prices listed on our website are expressed in United States Dollars (USD), the legal currency of the Republic of Panama.

Credit and debit cards

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure SSL-encrypted payment gateway:

Card transactions are processed in real time. Your bank may apply additional charges for international transactions according to their own policies.

PagueloFácil

We offer PagueloFácil as a digital payment alternative widely used in Panama. You can pay with credit card, debit card, or ACH directly through this platform.

Bank transfer (ACH / Wire Transfer)

You can make direct bank transfers to our account. Banking details are provided during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email. Please note:

  • Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Processing time may vary between 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank.
  • Please send the transfer receipt to our email to speed up verification.

Cash on delivery (COD)

For orders within the Panama City metropolitan area, we offer cash on delivery or card payment upon receiving your goods. This option is subject to availability and a minimum purchase amount may apply.

Invoicing

In compliance with the tax regulations of the Republic of Panama and the provisions of the Dirección General de Ingresos (DGI), we issue an electronic fiscal invoice for every purchase.

  • The invoice is generated automatically upon payment confirmation and sent to the email address registered in your account.
  • If you need the invoice issued under a company name or a specific RUC (tax ID), please indicate this during checkout in the order notes field.
  • To request duplicate invoices or corrections, contact us within 5 business days of purchase.

Taxes — ITBMS

All prices listed on edilpanama.com include the Transfer of Movable Goods and Services Tax (ITBMS) at the current rate of 7%, in accordance with the Panama Tax Code. The tax breakdown is detailed on your invoice.

Payment security
