Shipping & Delivery
Edilpanama ships construction materials, paints, waterproofing products, and other building supplies throughout the Republic of Panama. Below you will find our coverage zones, delivery times, and shipping conditions.
Shipping zones
Zone 1 — Panama City Metropolitan Area
Covers the districts of Panama and San Miguelito. This is our primary coverage zone with faster deliveries and preferential rates.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Shipping cost: calculated based on weight, volume, and exact address. Shown at checkout before confirming payment.
- Free shipping: for orders over $100.00 USD within the metropolitan area.
Zone 2 — Western Panama and central provinces
Includes Arraiján and La Chorrera, Coclé, Herrera, Los Santos, and Veraguas.
- Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
- Shipping cost: calculated based on weight, volume, and destination. Large orders may require a custom quote.
Zone 3 — Rest of Panama
Includes Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí, Darién, Colón, and indigenous comarcas.
- Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days, subject to zone accessibility.
- Shipping cost: requires a custom quote. Please contact us before placing your order for an accurate rate.
Delivery conditions
Receiving heavy and bulky materials
Since we sell construction materials that may include heavy products (cement bags, paint buckets, sheets, blocks, etc.), please note the following:
- Delivery is made to curbside or front door of the specified address. It does not include carrying items to upper floors or unloading inside construction sites.
- An authorized person over 18 years of age must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
- Check the condition of the packaging and the quantity of products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage must be reported to the carrier and to our team within 48 hours.
- If you require delivery to a specific floor or unloading at a construction site, we can arrange this additional service upon request for an extra fee.
Delivery attempts
- Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made at the provided address.
- If delivery cannot be completed on either attempt, the order will be held at our warehouse for 7 calendar days. After this period, the order will be canceled with a deduction for the logistics costs incurred.
- To reschedule a delivery, contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the shipping details. For orders within the metropolitan area, our logistics team may coordinate directly with you via WhatsApp to confirm the schedule and address.
In-store pickup
You may also pick up your order directly at our facilities in Panama City at no shipping cost. When selecting this option, you will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup. You will have 10 calendar days to collect it by presenting your ID and order number.
Special considerations
- Stated delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed dates. They may be affected by weather conditions, transport availability, or force majeure events.
- Large-volume orders (full pallets, construction site orders) may require special logistics coordination. Contact us for a custom quote.
- For deliveries to hard-to-reach areas, we reserve the right to propose an alternative nearby delivery point.
